25 µm Stainless Steel Rosin Press Screens

We offer premium quality stainless steel rosin press screens in the 25 micron size. This pore size is the standard for stainless steel screens designed for hash production. They come pre-cut in squares in three sizes: 9" x 9", 12" x 12", and 18" x 18". These sizes were chosen to fit a range of batch sizes, with the 18" x 18" being large enough to press 200 grams of bubble hash with a single screen. While nylon press bags are the gold standard for rosin pressing, stainless steel screens offer hash makers more flexibility when pressing larger batches. The friction the stainless steel material creates when contacting itself also makes these screens less prone to slip outs than their nylon counterparts.
